We offer a 14-day refund window from your initial purchase date. If you are not satisfied with Kana Daily Premium, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Subscription Model

Kana Daily Premium is a monthly recurring subscription billed through Paddle, our payment processor. You are charged at the start of each billing period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur.

To cancel, go to your profile in the app and select "Manage Subscription," or contact us directly and we will cancel it for you.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
